These are guilt free and perfect to put in salads, wraps or with your favorite dipping sauce. They are smaller than they look on the packaging but are tasty and so convenient. I made a wrap filled with Organic Baby Lettuce, Organic Tomatoes, Red Onion, Avocado, Tenders, Vegan Mayo and Buffalo Sauce and it tastes as good as it looks. I think the biggest misconception about a Plant-based Diet is that it won't be as satisfying as eating meat and that is very far from the truth.
